INSTRUCTORS

Student entry is  $35, pool use for instruction is $15.00 per

student, if you dive the den in the same day the pool fees are waived. No reservation required for the pool, however, if you want the heater on please send us an email 48 hours in advance.

Please have your insurance and instructor card ready for check-in.

You can email your insurance info to us at Diveshop@devilsden.com and tax exempt form if applicable.

Please have your students waivers completed before arrival.

You may reserve a Cabana or Pavillion through the below link. You will be charged $35 for the reservation. Upon arrival you will be credited for 1 student entry to cover the Cabana?pavillion rental. 

In addition to Open water, the following training with certified instructors may be conducted within Devil’s Den or John’s Oasis:

Cavern Certification

Intro to Technical Diving  

● Intro to Tech or equivalent courses across recognized dive agencies  

● Includes foundational skills: buoyancy refinement, propulsion techniques, trim, valve drills, gas management, and team protocols  

● Conducted within no-decompression limits and conservative depth ranges, with NO deep cave penetration.

2. Fundamentals-Level Training  

● Industry standard foundational technical curriculum  

● Focused on precision diving, situational awareness, team communication, and standardized procedures  

3. Side-Mount and Back-Mount Technical Configuration Training  

● Equipment configuration, redundancy management, and gas planning  

● Applies to both recreational and technical progression pathways  

4. Closed-Circuit Rebreather (CCR) Training  

● CCR courses equivalent to Mod 1 level  

● Air diluent  

● Within no-decompression limits  

Please remember that the den is very, very old, so we ask that you refrain from touching anything you see down in the den. We ask that you inform your students that we have a no-touching policy. Devil's Den Spring has existed for people to enjoy for many years and we would like to keep it that way! Thank you!

We do offer discounted prices for Instructors and their students including:

• free admission for certified instructors and dive masters with classes
• Instructors receive reduced rate of $5.00 an air fill for themselves and their students.
• Students air fills are paid for by the instructor they are $5.00 per fill if student if paying themselves it is the regular price of $10.50
• If students pay for their admission and airfills individually, they must pay full price. If their admission and airfills are paid for by the instructor they receive the discounted price.
